Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the x8bet platform. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and x8bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the x8bet website, games, betting markets, promotions, and all related services available at x8bet.games. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of x8bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the x8bet platform.
x8bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility

Who May Use the x8bet Platform
To register and use x8bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. x8bet is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access or accounts for persons under 21 under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is solely your responsibility to confirm that your use of x8bet is lawful where you reside.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of x8bet or any affiliated game provider or payment partner.
- You must hold only one active x8bet account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Account Registration and Security

Your x8bet Account Obligations
When registering an x8bet account, you agree to the following and accept full responsibility for all activity carried out under your account:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration details including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or one-time verification codes with any third party. x8bet will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone call.
- x8bet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC may delay withdrawals.
- You must notify x8bet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. x8bet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

Financial Transactions on x8bet
All financial transactions on x8bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. x8bet does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply standard transfer charges.
- The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the registered bKash or Nagad number on the player's account. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays pending identity confirmation.
- x8bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent. Processing may be suspended while such a review is in progress.
- Deposits via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your x8bet balance within seconds of payment confirmation. x8bet is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile money provider, network congestion, or technical outages on the payment provider's side.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
x8bet offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional rewards to eligible players. The following rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover has been completed.
- Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per eligible account. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different phone numbers — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account suspension.
- x8bet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Active promotions may be updated during major events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and T20 World Cup tournaments.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on specified games and expire as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
5. Prohibited Conduct

Actions Strictly Prohibited on x8bet
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x8bet. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly facilitating a minor's access to x8bet.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interaction method to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes on x8bet.
- Engaging in money laundering, using x8bet deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity under applicable law.
- Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, engaging in match-fixing or insider-information betting, or attempting to gain any unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
6. Responsible Gaming

x8bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All players are reminded that:
- Gaming at x8bet is a form of paid entertainment and is not a reliable source of income. Players should never wager money they cannot afford to lose. x8bet encourages all players to set personal deposit limits from their account settings at any time.
- Self-exclusion is available to any x8bet account holder at any time. Activating self-exclusion through account settings blocks access to the platform for the selected period. Players who have activated self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by creating a new account.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the x8bet platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of x8bet or its licensed third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Jili, and Microgaming. No part of the x8bet platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or republished in any form without the express prior written consent of x8bet. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of x8bet platform content constitutes a violation of applicable intellectual property law and may result in civil or criminal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability

x8bet's Liability to Players
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failure or network outages; loss of winnings resulting from a verified game malfunction; losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services. In the event of a verified technical error materially affecting a game outcome, x8bet reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return wagered amounts to affected players. This limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under applicable law in Bangladesh.
9. Account Suspension and Termination

When x8bet May Suspend or Close an Account
x8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Clause 5.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by x8bet, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or stolen identity documents during the KYC process.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order requiring x8bet to restrict or terminate access to a specific account. In such cases x8bet will comply with the applicable legal obligation and may not be required to notify the account holder in advance.
10. Amendments to These Terms
x8bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes — such as updates to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal processing times, or eligibility rules — will be communicated to registered players via the platform or by notification to the registered mobile number where practicable. The effective date of any revision will be updated in the Last Updated notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of x8bet after any amendment takes effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure. x8bet recommends that players review these Terms periodically — particularly before large deposits or during major seasonal promotions.
